Teenagers often face challenges when they transition from primary school to secondary school, such as increased difficulty in academic subjects, changes in their relationship with parents and peers, hormonal changes due to puberty, and developing their personal identity and understanding what it means a teenager and the responsibilities that come with it

Teenagers can have a safe space in therapy to talk about their challenges, whether emotional, relational with friends, teachers or parents, or personal.
