What is the Portal for?

The Client Portal allows clients to book sessions, whether In-Person or Telehealth. You will also be able to view your invoices instantly, access payment details and terms in order to pay for sessions, at a time that is convenient to you, wherever you are.

You can pay via Bank Transfer or the secure payment system, Stripe.

The Client Portal allows you to access and download your past and current invoices for your records.

By using the Client Portal, you help the psychologist save significant amount of time on administration, and ultimately freeing up the time for her to prepare for your sessions. It also saves you time from paying at the clinic counter, manually. You can go off to your next meeting or activities right after your session.

How do I sign up for the Portal?

  • If your first session is scheduled off-line with the psychologist via Email, WhatsApp or Phone Call, the psychologist would have sent you the links to the Client Intake Form and the Client Portal. Please ensure you complete the client intake form and register / sign up on the Client Portal, powered by PowerDiary, before your scheduled session.

  • If you have not scheduled a first session off-line, you can easily view the available times, register/sign up on the Client Portal, and book your slot.

How do I log back into the Portal?

At the top right-hand side of Website's header area, there is a "Client Portal” button. Click on it and you will be directed to the Client Portal. You may also click any "Client Portal" links which is placed on the Services and FAQ pages for your convenience.

  4. Request a Callback via any of the above methods. Please state date and time (9:00am - 6:00pm) you would like to receive the Callback.

Referrers

  1. If you are a doctor, general practitioner, or other mental health or allied health professional, we appreciate if referral letter, summarising the patient/client's current concerns and reason for referral. This will assist the psychologist in the intake process.

  2. Client may self-refer for services. If there is no need for written letter, i.e., the presenting concern is brief, you may pass our website with contact details to the client to book an appointment themselves.
